Infuso Whip Max 2kg cream charger cylinder for use with our Infuso Soda & Infused Cocktail maker. You can also use our Pressure Regulator Adapter and connect directly to cream whippers or soda syphons.
NOTE: Max purchase for individuals is a single cylinder. If you are a business you can purchase multiple units.
Infuso Whip is ideal for restaurants, bars, cafes, and commercial kitchens to quickly and conveniently make infused cocktails, infused cold tea or fresh squash. Simply connect to our Infuso Cocktail Maker, add liquid to the bottle, screw onto the dispensing head and depress the lever to infuse.
Can also be used with our Pressure Regulator Adapters (PRA) to charge whippers and syphons. Screw the PRA to the top of the cylinder, attach the hose nut to the whipper or syphon, and in just a few seconds the whipper is charged and ready for dispensing. Prepare all kinds of drinks and dishes, from whipped cream to espumas or N2O infused cocktails.
Contains 2000g of nitrous oxide gas which is equivalent to 250 cream charger cartridges.
Combined with our whipper/syphon adapter it can be used in virtually all cream whippers, including Mosa, Liss, Smart Whip, ICO, VonShef, ISI, Whip It and Best Whip.
