Description:

Coffee milk thermometer with a large dial (52mm wide!) for quick and easy reading. Features a moveable red marker so that you can set the exact temperature you want.

Whilst not wanting to teach a barista what they already know we would suggest never heating the milk to over 70C as it starts to scold it - however this means you should then pour into a pre-heated cup to ensure you don't serve a lukewarm coffee. Note there is a short time lag between the thermometer showing the milk temperature - so again not going above 70C would cover this lag.
